Course Description
ILM offer a range of S/NVQs aimed at enhancing and improving the performance of people involved in the development, management and representation of people in the workplace.

The level 3 comprises twelve units in total , of which three are mandatory and the remaining nine are selected from a choice of twelve optional units.
 
Course Contents
The three mandatory units in Personnel Support Level 3 are:
Evaluate and develop own practice
Maintain activities to meet requirements
Ensure your own actions reduce risks to health and safety
