Course Description
ILM offers a range of S/NVQs aimed at enhancing and improving the performance of people involved in the development, management and representation of people in the workplace.

This award requires the completion of twelve units, comprised of six mandatory core and six optional units.
 
Course Contents
The mandatory units of Personnel Management Level 4 are:
Enable and support others to carry out personnel services
Monitor and evaluate the delivery of personnel services to customers
Design, deliver and evaluate procedures to promote equality of opportunity and diversity
Design, deliver and evaluate employee and stakeholder communication procedures
Evaluate and develop own practice
Manage the use of financial resources
