Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) is the Awarding Body for Specialist Management Qualifications – committed to developing qualifications to meet the needs of todays managers at all levels across commerce and industry.
What does this Qualification cover?

This programme provides a broad foundation of management skills and knowledge needed by first line managers in the workplace today. However, it has the flexibility to be tailored to meet your specific needs.

The course comprises an induction followed by ten 15-hour modules plus on-going tutorial support.

Each module is broken down into five 3-hour segments, three of these are mandatory, the others being selected from a choice offered within the module.

What does this qualification offer you?
