What does this Qualification cover?
This programme provides a broad foundation of management skills and knowledge needed by first line managers in the workplace today. However, it has the flexibility to be tailored to meet your specific needs.
The course comprises an induction followed by ten 15-hour modules plus on-going tutorial support.
Each module is broken down into five 3-hour segments, three of these are mandatory, the others being selected from a choice offered within the module.

How will I be assessed?
You will have to successfully complete five work based assignments, Records of personal development, a work related project of 2000 – 2200 words, and a group interview with your External Verifier.
