These qualifications are designed for aspiring and practising middle managers.
You normally need to have a minimum of two years relevant experience in a management capacity and hold a Certificate in Management, or a S/NVQ in Management Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Candidates with no formal management qualifications may still be eligible to enrol at the programme leaders discretion.
